After warranty expires, you’ll be charged the full price of the battery. Regardless of what’s in documented in your account. As others have said, it will most likely not be done under warranty. 85% is considered in good health with Apple's diagnostics. It will not have performance management enabled.
so at 80% 100% will feel like 80. also as the battery degrades internally it will not perform as well either, so while it may have 80% life, it may in practice be able to only hold up that 80 under very VERY light loads. The capacity of a battery is dependant upon the load its pulling. I would say that capacity + age are a big factor here also.
battery health 85%. my iphone 11 is 85% after 2 years is it good how to protect it further ? Yeah it’s good because it’s yours and it’s unique Don’t looks at numbers and enjoy your phone the best way you can. Replace battery when you think that it does not last as you need.
I have had my iPhone 11 for about a year and the battery health is already reading 83%. I charge about once a day on a wireless charger. The battery doesnt feel particularly less effective and the number seems quite low for only a year with normalish use. I'd love to know if this is normal or is my battery is defective or something. Thanks.
You can check your Battery Health by going Settings > Battery > Battery Health. As far as Apple is concerned, anything over 80 percent is good. Also, according to Apple, like other iPhones, the iPhone 11 Pro Max’s battery should be good for at least 500 recharge cycles.
Battery health before bringing phone to apple to pay to replace the battery was 95%. The reason I brought it in was NOT due to the reduced battery life, it was due to the phone shutting off when the battery percentage was less than about 35%. I did have to convince them to replace the battery but a new battery resolved the issue. . 146 343 145 253 115 88 63 50 219
