Oneof them capped Unity at 900p/30FPS shortly after release. I think it's only the disc version in which you're able to run it at 60FPS, as you can cancel the update to stop it from installing. Neither version will run at 4K however. No 4K, it runs at 900p actually, which is lower than 1080p, at 30FPS no less.
